Synergy Classic 1.9 memory usage?

I noticed my machine was quite sluggish, and checked Activity Monitor. Seems Activity Monitor was reporting that Synergy was using 104.54 MB "Real Memory" and 344.05 MB "Virtual Memory". I know that the "Virtual Memory" number isn't anything to worry about, but it seems to be using quite a bit of memory for such a small app.
Is this a bug, or just a normal situation for Synergy? I typically don't restart, only put my Powerbook to sleep. Even with 1GB of memory, I really don't like using 10% of it for Synergy. Is there a configuration file I might be able to alter?
Thanks for any info!
P.S. If I restart Synergy and use it a little while, it reports using 11.85 MB of "Real Memory" and 234.55 MB of "Virtual Memory" which is what I expect for this app...

It's not a bug, that's normal usage. I suspect most of the memory is occupied by cached album art. If you run the leaks tool on the app you'll see that it's not leaking any memory.
