    Just thought it might be about time to rekindle my old request about showing the genre in the floating window and adding the ability to change genres (and other info settings/tags) without having to go into iTunes.

    at least seeing what the genre is of the current track, this is a feature i would really appreciate

    No news on implementing the feature; I am unlikely to implement it myself, although Synergy is open source so it's possible someone may decide to contribute a patch.
