Synergy Prevents Sleep

    I have a macbook that often has automatic sleep issues, but I now have it in a configuration where it sleeps when it supposed to. However, once i installed Synergy, it stopped going to sleep automatically. To test this I set mye nergy saver preferences to go to sleep after one minute, and it doesn't happen, not even after fifteen. Is there some preference that I could change in Synergy to make it not do this, or is there another solution?

    Well, it's certainly not explicitly trying to prevent sleeping. But there may be something that inadvertently prevents sleep.

    What's happening exactly when you perform these tests?

    Is iTunes running? Playing? Paused? Stopped? Is Synergy itself started?

    it's a bug. seen on 1.3.8 and 1.4.5

    Version 1.3.8 and 1.4.5 of what? Synergy never had a version 1.3.8 or 1.4.5.
