Win Switch AND Apple's user switch show up

    I just installed Win Switch 2.0 and was delighted that I had reclaimed all that menu bar space. But after a few restarts and logins the original Apple version started showing up as well! negating the benefits, to say the least! :-)

    I am using 10.3.5 with all the latest updates.
