Description

Current the only way to change issue status is via AJAX from the Issues#show action. This is obviously a bug, and not including a status pop-up in the Issues#edit template an oversight.

    I've added the pop-up not only to issues#edit, but also to issues#new as well. Shown for admins only.

    Will be included in the next deployment.
