Description

Album artwork dosn't look as good as i could in the floater. It needs more antialising, now it's to edgy and you can se the pixels. Compare to Menu Tunes http://www.ithinksw.com/products/menutunes/

I must admit that this one has me scratching my head a bit. I've tried different NS interpolation settings and to my eye they all look the same. The drawing code in Synergy Advance is completely different so we'll see if the aliasing looks different there.

Not sure this is an Anti-Aliasing issue, but rather related to the interpolation method: it should use "Bilinear" or "Bicubic", but is definitely using "Nearest Neighbor" right now (you can easily test this in Photoshop when choosing a method for image resize).

Check out Toru Yano's excellent "Sing that iTunes!" widget, it renders the album art beautifully. iTunes itself also resizes the album art smoothly, so maybe it's worth taking a deeper look in there.
