Bug #168: CRASH: Dies in com.apple.applescript

Description

Here is a crash log that a user sent in via email with the following comment:

"When Syngery picks up the wrong cover and is deleted from temp album covers and/or album covers and a new jpg inserted, Syngery crashes and the float album cover feature fails to work. Usually, it requires a re-installation of Syngery. Is there a better way to correct an incorrect album cover?"

Looking at the log it actual looks like some kind of crash deep down in the AppleScript APIs. No one else has reported this, but evidently on this customer's machine it is highly reproducible. To take this further I'll need him to do some testing to try to narrow down the cause:
