Bug #2213: "dir" setting for g:CommandTTraverseSCM doesn't work inside /tmp directory

Description

Not sure if this is a bug with the "dir" setting or something else, but the file scanner doesn't seem to be picking up anything inside /tmp or /private/tmp.

    Actually, probably not a bug; it's due to my use of **/tmp/* in g:CommandTWildIgnore I think.
