Support ticket #1169: WinSwitch doesn't work/install. Upgraded from 10.4 to 10.5

Upgraded from 10.4 to 10.5. WinSwitch showed in the menu bar, but did not list the different user accounts. When both WinSwitch and Fast Switcher menu is shown, there is a 'grey' translucent rectangular 'box' just under the menu bar on the right side. If I drag off either WinSwitch or Fast Switcher it disappears. I tried to relaunch it from each account, but nothing changed.

I then dragged it off the menu bar, trashed Activate WinSwitch from shared and WinSwitch.menu from menu extras. I downloaded a fresh version of WinSwitch from your site and installed it. When I tried to launch it, I got the following in terminal:
