Support ticket #1174: WinSwitch doesn't work/install. Upgraded from 10.4 to 10.5

Description

I upgraded from OS 10.4 to OS 10.5 and couldn't get Winswith to work. I got the following error message. Help! Thanks.

    OK - my apology. somehow I ended up putting this issue on 3 times. I couldn't figure out how to remove 2.
