Bug #1177: winswitch won't activate??

Description

so i installed winswitch on leopard and it was doing okay until it opened terminal. it was successful until this line 

"Deactivating menu extra with identifier "com.wincent.WinSwitch" ... Success."

right after that line i got this

"Activating menu extra with bundle path "/Library/Menu Extras/WinSwitch.menu" after item number -1 ... Failure.
Error: fatal error while adding bundle "/Library/Menu Extras/WinSwitch.menu" aborting processing

logout"

which i know means it didnt work but how do i get it to work?

    Leopard compatibility is covered in ticket #1056, so I'm going to mark this one as closed.
