WOBase Edit

WOBase was a framework written for use in Wincent products that provides general (base) functionality useful across a wide range of scenarios. In 2006 it was superceded by WOCommon. Examples of shipping products that included the framework are WinHex and Synergy Advance (prior to version 0.5).
